WARRANTY AND ORDER INFORMATION

"Five  Years " .…..   Which  is  the  entire  time  owned  by  the  Original  End  User .... Chair  components  including  pneumatic  cylinder,  control  mechanism, chair base, casters  and  frame.  Should  any  product  fail, simply  remit  to  the  Dealer   from  whom  it  was  purchased.  The  Dealer will  send the  defective  part(s)  or chair to BTS,  freight  prepaid.  BTS, at its discretion,  will repair or  replace the  part(s)  or  chair.  BTS is not responsible for   labor  costs  and   freight  costs  incurred   to  repair or   replace  part(s)  or chair.  BTS  shall   not  be  liable   for  any  costs,  liabilities, lost  profits,  loss of  goodwill  or any  other  general, special,  incidental or  consequential  damages  incurred  in  connection  with  the  purchase  of  product.   Damages  resulting from  misuses,  abuses, alteration,  negligence  or  accidents  are  not  covered  under  this  warranty.

The  above  guarantee,  under  normal  commercial  use,  is  based  on  a  standard  eight hour  work  day,  five  days  per  week,  when  the  product  is  used  by   a  person  weighing  200  lbs  or  less.

Shipping and Delivery in U.S. Only
All shipments are prepaid.  the Freight charges will be added to the customer's invoice.

when ordering, specify model and all other applicable information.
Terms
All new accounts are required to have a 50% deposit of the order amount prior to the order entry and the balance at the time of pick up or release to common carrier.
2% 10 net 30 days.  A service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law will be imposed on all past due amounts.
Design
The right is reserved to make changes in design and material as well as discontinuance of parts and units when such action is deemed to be an improvement in design, function and/or construction. 
Minimum Order Size
All changes to customers' orders must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.  Requests for changes will be acknowledged.
Cancellations
Orders which have entered any stage of production cannot be cancelled.  Requests for cancellation are not accepted until acknowledged by BTS.  In the event cancellation is accepted by BTS, cancellation charges may be for the entire amount of the order.
